Regards Anna and Guy     Hi Tim   Many thanks for the prompt replacement for the Eros mattress, damaged by the courier company, and I trust you received some compensation.   The replacement, only a week later, (How do you get them made in UK so quickly?) was delivered by your own van and driver and they kept us informed as to what time they would be with us and turned up just 10 minutes early ( I missed them as I was just on the way back from town). However, the 2 guys brought the mattress in and were extremely courteous to my wife and very helpful.   I will admit I wasn't too sure about the mattress at first, as it felt soft to the touch but firm when you lay on it. However. My wife liked it right away and she is not getting the hip pain that she had before when she woke up every morning. The friendly communications which was done personally over the telephone and not through some bland e-mail was a nice touch and made me feel special as a customer rather than someone who was just buying their product. Unlike the picture it was a divan on legs, and also had a heavy duty motor. Unfortunately this meant that she had to wait 2 weeks for delivery:   Hi ya tim    the bed is here and I'm lying on it and it's lovely lovely lovelyeeeeee!  So comfy and the lifting mechanism is quite nonchallent about lifting me even when I relax on it and pretend I can't move or anything.  it's really marvellous.  I think it'll definitely be worth the weight.     Thanks again for lending me that other bed, but already this one feels much better even than that, and it's not just the way you can alter its position, the mattress is gorgeous.  Oh yeah - all that stuff about normal sheets ot fitting isn't true.  my ordinary sheets fit like a charm.  Kathryn, my daughter, was so eager to get herself on it so she could play with it even before mummy did made up the bed in about 30 seconds - I'll have to tell her dad that so that he can make her do it when he wants her to, and she just put my sheets back on and they fit perfectly.  So I'm pleased as punch.  Thanks so much for this lovely bed.  Please feel free to put my comments on ebay in your description if you want.    __________________________________________________________   BED SAFELY ARRIVED AND ERECTED.  WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH IT.  WILL RECOMMEND YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE.    __________________________________________________________ This one was for our delivery service that we now offer   Hi Tim, Just to let you know that my order (plywood) was delivered today -Sunday- Safe and Sound. More importantly, I must say that the driver Dwain and his mate whome name I didn't get to know, were the most polite and helpfull delivery Guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I cannot stress enough how helpfull and proffesional they were. Seriously. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very pleasant and cheerfull, especially considering they were both miles away from home at that time of night on a Sunday evening on what was probably the first day of decent weather this year! I apologise for pestering you earlier this week, but as it was the first time I had used your service, I'm sure you will understand my concerns, I must admit, they were totally unfounded. I have tonight passed your good name and contact details onto three of my business friends that use couriers, and shall continue to do so as you have definately provided me with the best and most courtious service I have had to date. Not only with price but with the driver/mate that were a pleasure to meet. Sorry for emphisising the point but I do beleive in giving credit where credit is due.
