Hi Tim,
I ordered a super king size La Romantica Venice mattress from you and have been sleeping on it for a month or so now.
I wanted to let you know that I'm really happy with the bed. It's really comfortable and soft - but not unsupportive, just nice and cosy.
It gets way less hot than my previous memory foam mattress - I haven't really noticed it getting hot at all.
I haven't gotten out of bed with any back ache since I've been sleeping on this.
And your delivery guys were amazing in getting it up all those stairs!!
So thank you once again for spreading the message about good mattresses :-D

Just want to say thanks for the mattress recommendation.We bought the La Romantica Monaco latex with Climasmart.This is undoubtedly the best mattress we have slept on.The climasmart cover does exactly what it says it does.We are never to warm/cold in bed.As for comfort i do not get any `cricks` in the lower back now.This mattress was well worth the asking price.I will later on upgrade my sons mattress.The delivery time span was spot on.No messing about with delivery times.Any of our friends looking for a new bed/mattress we will always recommend Bedlum beds.Many thanks Tracy and Michael.

Hi Tim,
Just a quick email to let you know how happy we are with our new matress. Your suggestion to go for the Madrid by La Romantica was a good one based on the info we gave you about ourselves. Every night it's like going into a coma...superb!
Our biggest problem is trying to get out of it in the mornings...it's a real struggle...!
Thanks again for superb service. I'll be replacing other matresses in our home before the end of the year so you'll be hearing from us again.

Sorry it's been a while (been ill) but you'll be pleased to hear that I'm getting on alright with the mattress now. My back seems to have adjusted to it and I'm not longer getting any problems.
I'm assuming all those years of sleeping on a poorly supportive mattress meant my back had to re-adapt to a different type.

My first impressions of my new mattress are very favorable. Already I am sleeping better than I was on my previous sprung mattress. The way it forms around my shape is very strange, but is very comfortable.

Hi Tim,
Just wanted to say thank you for your help and advice and also thanks to the delivery drivers who gave me warning and arrived perfectly on time.
Only managed to get a 2 minute lie down on the plastic covered mattress but it feels firm so fingers crossed tonight I will be in for a much needed decent nights sleep!!

Just a quick note to say thank you for your service. It was great to be given a 'delivery hour' which was adhered too, and that the delivery guys took it to the room. When my last bed was delivered by another supplier, it was said to arrive at ANY point during the day until 10pm (!) and they would only shove it through the door!
The bed itself is excellent, and I'm glad I spent the extra on a pocket-sprung mattress. And that your prices are extremely competitive.
Needless to say, I probably would have spent a small fortune on the high street for the equivalent...
Very impressed, and I will be recommending your company.

Our wonderful La Romantica Milan mattress arrived safely on Friday evening. Heaven zzzzzzzzzzzzz! We are both very happy with it. So comfortable.
Jamie and Bill were great, keeping us informed by telephone both Thursday and Friday and they carried the mattress up to a 'twisty' 2nd floor with smiles on their faces!

Just wanted to send you a quick note to say that we love....love....love the bed!
Hubby has difficulty getting up in the morning as he is so comfy. No more backaches for either of us. Took a couple of nights to get adjusted to it, as obviously our bodies had got used to sleeping on a very bad bed.
Also, wanted to say a big thank you to the 2 drivers. Rang the day before to let us know an approx time and they arrived dead on time. Took upstairs and explained about turning it and also said would take a couple of days to get to room temperature.
Overall, very, very impressed. So pleased I picked up your advice on the moneysaving site as otherwise would have made yet another 'bad bed' purchase.

I just want to give some feedback on the 'La Romantica Venice' I purchased from you. Maybe my review could be useful for someone deciding whether to purchase this. We are very pleased with this bed.First off, couldn't believe the height of the thing!! Talk about sumptious looking! When sitting on the bed, its lovely and soft, however once lying on it, it is fully supportive, very comfortable. We didn't find the memory foam to be hot at all! Also, when my other half is up early for work I am no longer awoken by the whole bed dipping. I would recommend this bed for style, comfort and value for money!

Just to let you know that the bed was delivered at the time said. The guys were great & I was happy to tip Jamie who did all the humping and was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the quality, build & comfort of the bed - although the instructions are absolute rubbish.
It was great talking to you, Tim - great business. It really couldn't have been better overall. The quality is equal to the showrooms that charge nearly double and the delivery within a week blows their 8 weeks out of the water. Plus the delivery is a great price.
Very impressed & I'd recommend you to anyone without hesitation.

Many thanks for the prompt replacement for the Eros mattress, damaged by the courier company, and I trust you received some compensation.
The replacement, only a week later, (How do you get them made in UK so quickly?) was delivered by your own van and driver and they kept us informed as to what time they would be with us and turned up just 10 minutes early ( I missed them as I was just on the way back from town). However, the 2 guys brought the mattress in and were extremely courteous to my wife and very helpful.
I will admit I wasn't too sure about the mattress at first, as it felt soft to the touch but firm when you lay on it. However. My wife liked it right away and she is not getting the hip pain that she had before when she woke up every morning. It would appear to have been the mattress as she has just gone to Ireland again to visit my Mum in hospital and having slept at my parents house for 2 nights, the hip pain is coming back.
So it doesn't look like we will we taking advantage of your 14 day money back or exchange and I would like to thank you for sorting out the initial problem with the courier.
It was a pleasure to do business with you and I will certainly recommend Bedlum Beds to my friends.
